L’acheteur doit avoir fait les vérifications d’usage concernant son choix de spectacle et de date, ainsi que les sièges assignés, avant de conclure le processus d’achat en ligne. En cas d’annulation du spectacle et ce, sans date prévue de remplacement, un remboursement pourra être effectué selon les modalités convenues entre le producteur et le promoteur.

If the performance or event is cancelled with no planned replacement date, a reimbursement can be made according to the terms agreed upon by the producer and the event promoter. The buyer is responsible for picking up purchased tickets according to the instructions provided by the producer and/or promoter. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of access to the performance. Please note that appropriate ID and the credit card with which the
purchase was made will be requested at the Box Office when you retrieve your tickets.The producer declines any responsibility in occurrences where a system error, service interruption, or other temporary breakdown may prevent a buyer from completing a purchase or other transaction through the producteur Box Office or other Box Office.

You will be required to turn OFF all of your electronic devices before entering our venue. You are not allowed to take pictures, and or video at any time. Our security personal will NOT remind you of this fact - if you turn your phone back on, you will be ejected immediately.

The holder of this e-ticket is subject to all regulations in force or displayed at the location of the event and acknowledges agreement with these regulations.
